Missing emails on Shared Mailbox

Organization has a mailbox that is shared between multiple users.

When I log in into the mailbox I can see certain emails.

When users log into the mailbox, they can't see this specific email.

We have exchange 2010 sp3 with outlook 2010

Any ideas

I have come across this before where the sender has marked the message as 'Private' before sending it as per - http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/outlook-help/mark-a-message-as-private-personal-or-confidential-HP005242880.aspx

This will mean that it is not viewable when someone else accesses the mailbox.

I got around this by creating a transport rule to strip it out of the header on arrival, but there is no way to remove it from existing emails, best thing would be to forward them to the mailbox from yourself
