Equivalent freeware of RecoveryFix Computer monitor
I'm looking for something for Windows that could
monitor what system admins are doing : as a way
of change control in the event there's non-approved
changes being done.
Is there any freeware that could similar function as
the tool below:

pcAnywhere & SnagIt video recording simply slows

What I needed is to track what System Admins are doing
(what they click & type) when they login to servers : this
is way of checking what changes (esp unauthorized ones)
are being made or if the sysadmins run into errors during
patching/installation & never report those errors
