Thank you Kimputer.  You led me to the solution.  In the "FTP authentication", "Basic Authorization" was disabled.  I configured the "Basic Authorization" and it seems to work now.

I have a problem with HPDM that I am hoping I can get some assistance with. &nbsp;Googling has not provided any answers thus far.<br />

-HPDM 4.5 SP3

-Internet Information Services (IIS) version 7.5.7600.16385

--For FTP Server (under IIS), we installed "FTP Service" but did not install "FTP Extensibility"

 

In HPDM, when I go to "Tools > Repository Management > Repository Configuration" and test the "Master Repository" (only have one repository) I get the following response in the popup window:

 

Failed to connect repository Master Repository with protocol FTP.

Test on repository Master Repository with protocol Share Folder was successful.

 

Hoping you have some suggestions on correcting the FTP connection error.  Perhaps an IIS or FTP setting I am missing or ...?
