Is there a way to have a path name and insert Cell values in the path name?

P:\TEST\Sheet1!J3\Sheet1!K4\Support

Is this what you are talking about?

p:\test\      Sheet1!J3      \      Sheet1!K4      \      Support      p:\test\SubDir1\Variable 1\Support
p:\test\      SubDir1      \      Variable 1      \      Support      p:\test\SubDir1\Variable 1\Support

the final path would look like this.
=A2&B2&C2&D2&E2&F2

you would then want to copy and paste values only in to a final row to build a batch file from it.
