Can I recover the contacts stored in Exchange 2007 from a backup

I have SBS 2008 with Microsoft 2007 Exchange and want to recover Contacts of an individual user if possible from regular SBS 2008 backups .

Yes, you can restore individual items through RSG - Ex 2007

You can restore complete mailbox \ copy contents of mailbox
