how to use the same license when update the LiquidFiles to a new one

I want to move LiquidFiles to a new one , because I want to Migration from the Filetransfer appliance to LiquidFiles.   So before I shut down the old one , I need to set up the new one, but  I can not access the root password.  Do anyone know???

After LiquidFiles is now installed and you can point your browser to the ip address listed on the screen to continue with the getting started configuration.
in browser , I cannot use the same license as old,  but no license I can not access the root password. Anyone know how to deal with it???
 thanks

Did you use the migration script?

If the license doesn't work you should open a support ticket.

I can not log in the root account, because there is no password.  so I can not use the migration script.
In order to get the password, I need to browser to get one, but it shows that I need license, the license is used by old one now, so I can not get the password from the browser.
Do you know how to deal with it?
