We are creating a chat application for iPhone using XMPP server. We have successfully installed ejabberd on server and can see everything in ejabbered admin panel, but we need to create user in ejabbered by php code and fetch data (like user information) from ejabbered and save it in mysql database(through php) . How we can ?

You can try this using JAXL
https://github.com/abhinavsingh/JAXL/blob/v3.x/examples/register_user.php

https://github.com/abhinavsingh/JAXL/tree/v3.x/examples/

I have not tried it but a friend of mine did something similar using it.
