We need to upgrade our Web server.

Current operating system: windows Server 2008 R2
Version: IIS 7

We need to upgrade it with
New operating system: windows server 2012 R2 standard
Version : IIS 8.5

We need to upgrade the operating system of the web server.

Kindly suggest...!!

yes, you can do an in-place upgrade
