Recieved mail confermation

Hi,

Is it possible to configure from exchange server 2013 or from outlook to send notification when email is received from a specific user?

Hi, you can use outlook to track the message using delivery confirmations, but that is the only way you can do it.

This will show you how - http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/get-delivery-and-read-receipt-confirmations-HP010355029.aspx

Just so i'm straight on what you are trying to do;

You require a message to be sent from your server to an outside user saying something along the lines of "your message has been received" when they send an email in?
that's correct
