ACCESS Photo controls with black and white instead of color in reports.

I don't know what I changed, but I have some reports where the photos only come out in black and white, but a different report for the same record shows color photos.  Any suggestions?

What happens if you switch the photos, does color change?
If more help is required, try to reproduce the report with few photos and upload.

No, they keep coming in B/W.  I have two reports with the same data.  Both reports have the same photos.  One comes out B/W, and the other color.  I must have changes some setting on the B/W report page, but I am not certain what.

Did not experience such issue.
Since other report works fine, then:
1. You can use this working report.
2. If you need to investigate the reason, we can join in but need a report upload.

It would be great if someone could explain to me why this attached procedure (with screen shots) worked to get color back.  I had to use design view of the report and select page and printer options to select color on a specific printer (PDF) and then select default printer.  Here are the instructions without the screen shots to help.

How to fix color images in a report that occur in black and white.
The first page report has to be opened in design view and then use the Report Design Tools to open Page setup.
 

Click the Page tab then select Use specific printer. Then click Printer.  
 
Then select properties –
 
Then select Paper/Quality and select the color option. Then click OK twice until you are back at the first page setup window with the Page Tab.
 
 
Reselect Default Printer then click OK.
