So since mobile design is based on display/screen size how do you go about this? Apple is easy enough. Android is everywhere?

I've got to answer my own question - the link provided boot whatever it is. It's brilliant.

I kind of have to work in their parameters, but you can override them it just seems easier in html they've got the CSS on lockdown.

But what would be the point the web is changing this is web 3.0. Should have given answerer an A.
