Hi Guys, i need an expert advice but does not know which category it falls.<br />

i am about to do an online business but does not want to use visa, pay pal or any form of such payment modes.<br />

what i want to do is to subscribe to a USSD service from a telco.<br />
<br />
1) a short code (provided by telco) will be dialed on clients mobile phones<br />
2) a ticket ID will be generated by the USSD application to clients mobile phone - this is where deductions will be made from clients phone.<br />
<br />
3) this generated ticket will be entered on my website before services will be rendered.<br />
<br />
4) upon entering the ticket ID, it has to be verified. if verification is correct, services will be given else services will be denied.<br />

USSD services
