Not able to see my custom list library from Visual Studio 2012

I have a subsite where I created a picture document library and added custom columns to the library and saved the library as a list template.

I went to visual studio and in my project when I click on Add New List Item and under in the next screen when i want to pick the list instance that I just saved but I cannot find anywhere.

When I try to add an app in sharepoint 2013 from browser I'm able to create list based on the list template I created but can't see in Visual Studio 2012.

Any idea what am I missing here...

Make sure that your template supports that project type
