Try download Driver from manufacturers website for this product

64bit INF file (athwbx.inf) from Atheros driver version 10.0.0.260 for Windows 8.1

Seems it is realtek wireless adaptor.

Try downloading driver from their website

what model is your desktop ?  did you download the driver for that model from the lenovo site? and for the proper OS?

worked fine before windows 8.1 update ,

ok post the ven and dev values :
Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Information.
Now select  "Components" and highlight "Problem Devices".
All hardware devices with a driver problem will be listed here.
Make a note of the first line of the PNP Device ID line of the entry. It will show a Vendor number and a Device number (VENxxxxDEVxxxx) both four digits long

then i can tell you which one you need from
