Wake on Lan issue on HP Proliant Server

WOL is already enabled on the HP Proliant ML110 G7 Server, the issue is that it only works one time after removing the power cord.  After shutting down the server, the WOL will never work unless removing the power cord again.

There is a alert prompted on the BIOS when enabling the WOL (details as below), but I've tried to remove anything except the network line and power supply.

"When enabling Wake-On LAN, be sure to remove all power cords before adding
or removing any adapters. Some adapters cause the system to power on when they are added or removed."

I appreciate any help from any experts here!

Can you wake it up using the iLO3 virtual power button?

Thanks!  Joensw, I'll try the solution later tonight, as I remember it is set as off for the option.
Hi, andyalder, I'ven't tried the iLO3, but I'll try the solution from joensw first then iLO3.

I'll revert later, Thank you very much!

Hi joensw, The version of the BIOS is a bit different from the solution in the link, but I've enabled   the Automatic Power-On option (there are only two options for Enabled and Disabled), still no luck.
Hi andyalder, I can connect to the iLO, but the button is not responding.

Try iLO with WoL disabled.

Sorry for the delay, after some attempts, the iLO can wake the server up and is an alternative solutions for me.
