ASP.net insert animated diagram

Hi

I have been asked to replicate a spinning turquoise diagram shown at the top middle of the following site in ASP.net. How would I do this?

It would appear to simply be an animated GIF. So you just need an animated GIF and then you can drop it on your page like any other image.
