I need to know from the basic regarding configuring the CCR mailbox Replication for Exchange Server 2007.
Can anyone here please let me know the steps especially setting up the secondary Replication link with the Static route on the 2nd Network Card ?

Cool, so I am confused here as to why it needs to use a static routes on the secondary interface ?

thanks for the reply, in this case the FileShare Majority quorum is already set into the file server (another host but same subnet), so I wonder, how can I safely migrate it into the Hub Transport Server / CAS server role without causing any downtime to the Mailbox server role ?

Thanks for the clarification Florin, do I have to select MSCS enabled server or can I just select the stand alone HT or CAS server file share ?
I'm afraid to bring down the Exchange Server CCR mailbox when the File Share Witness is rebooted during the patching.
