How can I get a plugin for ckeditor for signatures?

The latest release 3.6.1 seems to support signatures:
http://ckeditor.com/blog/CKEditor-3.6.1-Released

If that is not the case you might want to try their support because I am not aware of any third party plugins to do whay you want.
