PDF pictures = some lines dont't print??

Hi,
We need to print shema of windows and doors, and some lines in those drawing show up on screen but not at the printer?? They are missing.
Unless I do a "print as image" then it works.
I tried with pdfArchitec and it's the same problem except that Architec don't have the option "print as image".
I also tried switching drivers from PS to PCL = same problem

I'm not sure if this is what's happening here, but I have seen this kind of problem before.

One way it can happen is when the missing lines are "hairlines". Hairlines are  supposed to have 0 thickness, so they are sent to the printer as 1 pixel wide. On most printers, single pixel lines are not guaranteed to be visible.

This gets even worse when the lines are not solid black. As the printer does not have grey tones, grey lines will be printed as black pixels interspersed with white (paper). In that case even thicker lines may not print properly.

If this is your problem setting the lines to be at least 0.5 mm wide should fix it.
