Apple Remote Desktop issue

I have been using Apple Remote Desktop 3.6.2 on a Mac running OS X 10.7.4 to connect to clients running 10.6.8 in our mac lab. Clients are running ARD 3.5.3. However a while back i upgraded that mac from 10.7 to Mavericks. When i did that, i also had to update ARD to 3.7.

Since then i am having issues connecting to the clients. I can connect to the mac and log in, but then it immediately disconnects me and when i try to re-connect it gives me a connection error that says "Connection failed to 'computer name'.  The software on the remote computer appears to be incompatible with this version of Screen Sharing".

Upgrading the lab computers at this time is out of the question.

Thanks!

I remember reading one of those discussions earlier this morning. So, pretty much it sounds like i will have to find a way to downgrade from Mavericks to 10.7.4 without having Time Machine enabled.

Thanks, will be checking software updates more often. And they definitely sound like Microsoft now... :)
