VPN Tunnel Open but Cannot Ping

I have two cisco RV042 routers with public IP addresses.
vpn tunnel is open.

I can ping each router via the diagnostics tool,
but I cannot ping to the rest of the network from either end.

subnets are
192.168.25.0
192.168.86.0

allow ICMP - ...ping from far router to far internal network....and do same for the near end also.
and forcefully alllow ping- between both the router
