File Sharing  DFS

I have DFS over 4 servers, 4 locations.   The power went out on two locations.  Now, even after a reboot, those locations will  not DFS.  I get this error "GetVersionVector method".  And the files are not replicating.

Check machine times and is kerberos working between servers. Check that site connectors are OK too.

I am getting this error in the log     Error: 1726 (The remote procedure call failed.)

This was after a power failure

Well all checks and test have come out fruitless..  Still can't get it to sync.
