Access to Office

If we have an Office 365 subscription that allows us to download Office 2013 but we don't intend to setup Exchange, Lync or SharePoint in the near future, what is the best way to distribute the new Office software to everybody?

I'm speculating that we wouldn't need everybody to login and download it themselves. Is there an admin installation that can be distributed from a local file server share?

Yes, you can centrally manage this, look for example here:

There is plenty of documentation on all the customization that can be done.
