IMAP errors in Outlook 2013

While using Outlook 2013 in the past two days, suddenly I'm receiving multiple error messages during a SEND-RECEIVE. I have an Exchange account, and 2 AOL accounts (configured for IMAP) in Outlook. The error messages say -- "Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: 2048 That mail is currently not available." I get multiple messages like this (each time during send-receive)... each error message is the same, but the number changes to 234 or 235. All of these relate to the AOL accounts.

Funny thing is that after clicking OK on the error message, the send-receive seems to complete just fine, and downloads/uploads my AOL email.

Nothing has been added/changed on my computer in the past month, except for a series of Windows security updates. And I'm using Windows 7 64.

Confused as to why this happening and cannot find a solution anywhere at Microsoft or AOL. Any advice or help to solve this annoying error would be greatly appreciated.

One of the 3 referred options worked. Bottom-line appears to be the recent Microsoft updates (thank you Microsoft patches!).
