Jboss1.4 server problem

When starting jboss server, below exception is thrown.

Failed to register driver for: com.p6spy.engine.spy.P6SpyDriver

please suggest how can I solve this problem.

Have you done the following :
1. Deploy P6Spy jar in the common lib folder
2. Appropriately edit the <datasource> section
3. spy.properties is edited and deployed in /conf folder
