I am new to outlook 2013, I have a user that goes to Account Settings, New, then instead of a new email account he chooses the second option called "Other", but the field is already populated with "Fax Mail Transport" I need to remove this.

Does anyone know how to remove this so he can add something else?

Thanks

hello,

First close Outlook.
Then go to the Window Control panel and launch the "Mail" icon that is added by Outlook setup to manage "Outlook Profiles"
- Open the Profile for this user to edit its outlook's settings via Property button.
- then "Mail Accounts"
-  You can now view the list of Outlook provider in the Mail tab and you could see your Fax provider and remove it from this outlook profile
From here you can also add mail settings
