Why do you need to? Most of what was in JDIC was included in the JRE from Java 1.6 onwards

I needed to use capital W in Windows in the entry '<resources os="Windows">' in the jnlp file. I need to verify this solution and will post a message again.

As i mentioned, afaik, there's no need to include any library for Desktop functionality, since that's in the JRE itself
