When ending a remote desktop shadow session, I get Access Denied

Appears not be be a huge deal, just annoying.

After shadowing a users rdp session, and exiting out, a popup appears that says 'Access Denied'.  I click okay and move on.  No harm, no foul.    But I cannot figure out why it would give me this if it allowed the connection in the first place.

Any ideas?
