Does anyone know if it's possible to show in a multi-site business which site you'll be at for the day in the Outlook calendar? I can't find a way to do that without using all day events. Thank you.

I setup a calendar for each site I support, I put my entries in the proper calendars then use the "overlay" option to view all of my appointments, meetings, etc.. I also assign a color to each site calendar so when I use the overlay it is easier to view.

Or use the "all day " option and color code them.

Not what I was hoping for - apparently the solution, after much research, has not been implemented yet. Microsoft and VMWare both cater towards single-site employees. I'm hoping this will be a future feature.
