Outlook 2013 and old outlook.nk2 file
Hi
I have a customer who had his local Outlook 2007 enviroment ( yahoo pop mailbox) moved over to Office 365
No problems there it seems but his cached aliases are not appearing in the "To" field.
Now I had seen this before and in the past successfully moved the old Outlook.nk2 file over and presto it worked!!! By this I mean copying the Outlook.nk2 file from the C:\users\username\appdata\ roaming\mi crosoft\ou tlook to the working directory of c:\users\username\appdata\ local\micr osoft\outl ook
However the only difference this time round is the versión of Outlook.
Any ideas?
