App Store opens and closes on domain joined machine

I am unable to open the appstore on my domain joined windows 8 client but suspicious I can on another. It just opens with the green logo and then takes me straight back to the metro apps screen.

Is there any policy that controls this?

No other solution worked. This third party app I found fixed it.

Windows 8

Windows 8 is a personal computer operating system developed by Microsoft as part of the Windows NT family of operating systems, with an emphasis on improving its user experience on tablets.
