Carry out ping tests to google.com and 8.8.8.8. &nbsp;<br />

If pinging 8.8.8.8 works and google.com doesn't then it will be an issue with your DNS. &nbsp;Check to make sure that the DNS on the SBS is working correctly. &nbsp;Check to see if DNS Forwarders are enabled.<br />

Recently mobiles, laptops and tablets connect successfully but cannot use the internet.<br />

I've reset the linksys to factory default, deleted entries in dhcp and dns to see them been recreated , but I am stumped as what to do next, as there are no relevant error log entries.<br />

on ubuntu is there a particular test I can do to possibly reveal the problem ?
