Linksys X3000 with windows server 2011 wireless cannot browse
Hi I wonder if anyone can solve this problem.
I have a Linksys X3000 wireless modem that's been working for ages on windows and ubuntu laptops.
Our DHCP and DNS server is a windows 2011 SBS.
Recently mobiles, laptops and tablets connect successfully but cannot use the internet.
I've reset the linksys to factory default, deleted entries in dhcp and dns to see them been recreated , but I am stumped as what to do next, as there are no relevant error log entries.
on ubuntu is there a particular test I can do to possibly reveal the problem ?

this is what worked.
If pinging 8.8.8.8 works and google.com doesn't then it will be an issue with your DNS. Check to make sure that the DNS on the SBS is working correctly. Check to see if DNS Forwarders are enabled.
Does the Internet work ok on the SBS itself?
If you've changed the IP address of the LnikSys and it is your default gateway then you will need to change the DHCP gateway value on the SBS. An easy way of doing this would be to run the Fix my network wizard in the SBS Console.
