Hello Experts,

I have a company that I own. I provide Web Design and Web Development services. I would like to know if there are any tools out there that I should be using to make sure the sites that I build for my clients are safe and secure. Not sure were to begin with this matter. It would be nice to have a list to check off to test before going live with a site. All my websites that I develop are hosted by Godaddy and are developed using ASP.NET C# and SQL Server 2012 for the backend.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, are there any tools that are good to use to test websites locally before going to production for security flaws/performance?

"security flaws/performance" both are different area in which we need to address several points.  I have not done anything on those except scan my source and protect with high security of ftp details.
