Printing comments and highlighted text in micorsoft word 2010

Using MS Word 2010.  I have a document with comments.  I can print the comments by printing the markup.  However, the comments do not include highlighted text the comment is referring to.  How do I print the comments with the text they are referring to?  Macro or function?
