Battery Backup/Power Protection Device That Will Notify of Impending Doom

I have Cisco 2801 and Cisco 520 devices that need good power protection and battery backup.  What battery backup devices that won't break the bank and will notify me via email of problems?  I'd prefer something stand alone that just plugs into the network and I can configure via a web portal.  Thanks in advance.

You need to purchase Network module seperately in order to mange it via web portal and get email alerts.
