I got a report which shows information for a bounch of people.

While in previewing, the section at left side shows all people names, people information shows on the right. See the attached file.

If any name on the left is clicked, the report data on the right will jump to the information section of the clicked person. So whoever is clicked, his/her information will show.

What property defines the behavior? Thanks for any help.

The functionality you're seeing there is called Document Map.   Let's assume one of the groups in your table is called PersonName.  To activate the left part, basically you select the textbox that displays PersonName, locate the DocumentMapLabel property and set it to something like =Fields!PersonName.Value.
