I sales people that need to have access to each other mail boxes, what is the proper way to give them access?<br />
I used to give them security and then grant them send on behalf in the exchange 2003, it seems to be different in 2010.<br />

I have already added the user to the delivery options, I can add them to the Allow Full Access, but wanted to check to see if that is the only way?
