I sales people that need to have access to each other mail boxes, what is the proper way to give them access?
I used to give them security and then grant them send on behalf in the exchange 2003, it seems to be different in 2010.

I have already added the user to the delivery options, I can add them to the Allow Full Access, but wanted to check to see if that is the only way?

Let's say you have user A and B. If you want that User B to have access to User A then on User A you have to assign full permission to User B and Send-As permission to same user. For more information: http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2005/01/07/348596.aspx

I already di d that but it acts a bit differently than the old exchange 2003.  It automatically assigns that mail box to the user when they start outlook?
My guess is that I have to use the command to be more specific in regard to auto discovery...
