what is the best story boarding software?

Hi experts,

First let me make some statements.
These statements are somewhat of an opinion but not really because I believe these are the defacto tools used for each category.

The best commercial software in the market to work with graphics is:  Adobe Photoshop

The best commercial software in the market to do word processing is:  Microsoft Word

The best commercial software in the market to do spreadsheet is:  Microsoft Excel

The best commercial IDE software to do .Net development is:  Microsoft Visual Studio 2010

In a similar fashion to my statements above, is there a defacto commercial software used by the best web designers to create storyboards for their website designs(web application designs)?

Does anyone know what the best commercial software out there is to create storyboards for Website Design / Application development?

Right now to create storyboards I use Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Word in combination with each other and that works for me but I was wondering if there is a commercial software designed for this?

Well, on a Mac I use Omnigraffle http://www.omnigroup.com/omnigraffle and templates from https://www.graffletopia.com.

I like to do both flow charts and wireframes when I talk with clients to get their buy in and more importantly make sure what they communicated to me is interpreted properly.

However, to answer your question, there is not a specific best in class software to do what you want but there are a lot of look a likes.  I would also check out:

If you are on the MS platform, you could get away with powerpoint.
