We have a mac user who have an issue with outlook. He wants to access our public calendar for his department (marketing) and after clicking on suscribe, the folder does not appears in the folder list (please see attached files) under Richelieu.
I unsuscribed and suscribed again, closing/opening outlook but still no luck. It is an Exchange account.
In Outlook for Windows, the cache mode will have something to do with it but i don't find that setting for the mac. Version is Office Mac 2011
Any suggestions ?
