Trouble Downloading Visual Studio Express 2013 For Desktop

I got to www.visualstudio.com, click downloads and select Visual Studio Express 2013 For Desktop.  

Clicking Install Now prompts me to sign in to my Microsoft account.

The next page asks me to Select my Visual Studio 2013 Download, so I click the Express button and a page is displayed saying "Your download is about to start. Connect to your account to get the best experience. In a few moments we will direct you to your account"

This takes me to the Visual Studio Online page but still no download, so I click Get Visual Studio, which takes me back to the Select my Visual Studio 2013 Download page etc etc.

Tried this on 3 separate PCs.

Any ideas?

Maybe if you try this link: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40787
This will download an ISO file though.

There's also an installer file (wdexpress_full.exe) on that page, I see now. Maybe that will work for you.
