Hi All,

Please i have an asterisk installation with a Dual span PRI card installed from Digium. Meanwhile i have 2x E1 lines with 4 phone numbers from the Telco. The phone lines are mapped to the 2x E1 lines

The phone number from the telco are 0227786x1-4.

I have created a queue on the Asterisk called "do_dept" and i want only inbound call to 0227786x1 to come to this queue.

Please do i go around this.

Thanks,
Charles

Assuming you have the FreePBX admin module installed, you need to add an IN bound Route and point it to the Queue..

Be sure and check that DID format being passed by the Telco by watching the CLI while you place a test call -- It must match..
