OWA 2013 shared mailbox refresh rate
Dear All,
I have googled my ass off but I didn't find a solution for a irritating issue.
We have users who only work with OWA 2013. No outlook because of the costs :(
A few OWA users have shared mailbox (like a room mailbox) open in OWA. The problem we are facing is that the inbox refresh rate of the shared mailbox is really low.
When a new e-mail message arrives in the users own mailbox it's almost immediately visible (blue 1 behind their personal inbox). But when a new e-mail arrives in the shared mailbox it can take more than 45 minutes  before the inbox of the shared mailbox is showing the blue 1 for a new e-mail message.
When I open the shared mailbox inbox and I refresh manually the mailbox before the new e-mail message will immediately be visible.
Does somebody know an option to shorten the refresh rate of the mailbox or has another solution? Use outlook isn't a solution :)

The only thing i can think of is a browser addon to auto refresh the page otherwise this is not an exchange setting that can be changed that i know of...
