I need to recover admin rights to Numara Track-IT!

My company recently terminated the IT director. I just discovered he was the only administrator. If I log into Track-IT I have ability to access, open and close tickets among other things but the administration console is grayed out. Does anyone know of a way I can recover the admin password or make myself an Admin within Track-it?

I tried to look into the product, but it's not clear that it's even Access-based so I don't know that you'll get much assistance here.

The best I can do is tell you that Numara appears to have been bought out by BMC Software.  Here is a link:

I would go there and see if you can get support through them.
