Unless the MX records were updated I don't think anyone will get email until those are updated to the new address.<br />

Update your MX records and any external DNS records also. &nbsp;Problem is your not receiving email on the exchange server because the mail is currently being routed to the old IP address.

I failed to mention that the MX records have been changed, there is no problem with the server getting email. &nbsp;The change was made a few weeks ago. &nbsp;The Iphones are the only issue. &nbsp;I don't believe anyone there has an Android phone, so I don't know the status of an Android.

Internal Autodiscover should not be affected unless external autodiscover was not updated. &nbsp;Did you try removing the account from the phone and reconfiguring?
