Have a client that their ISP changed the companies external IP address.  Since that time, Iphones cannot get email while on the wireless network within the office.

I reran the Internet Connection wizard with no help

What am I missing?

SBS2011 is hosting their exchange.

Unless the MX records were updated I don't think anyone will get email until those are updated to the new address.

Update your MX records and any external DNS records also.  Problem is your not receiving email on the exchange server because the mail is currently being routed to the old IP address.

I failed to mention that the MX records have been changed, there is no problem with the server getting email.  The change was made a few weeks ago.  The Iphones are the only issue.  I don't believe anyone there has an Android phone, so I don't know the status of an Android.

Internal Autodiscover should not be affected unless external autodiscover was not updated.  Did you try removing the account from the phone and reconfiguring?
