More Voip One-Way audio

Win8, Sip phone, I can see RTP coming in (but i don't know enough to see if its ok, but it looks the same as a working sip phone elsewhere), but for some reason no audio.
The headphones ring with the call ringer, but no voice audio? (voice audio the other way though)

I think this will shed light on it for those in the know about network interfaces (not me!) , but when I unplug with wireless dongel and plug in a lan cable, it works!!

Can you generate a packet capture and then replicate the affected call for a few secods, then disconnect the call and attach the Wireshark file here? It sounds like your wireless network may be blocking your incoming traffic.
