Windows 7/Vista - Opening a window pointing to the command prompt at current folder

Once I have navigated to a particular folder on my windows explorer window What is the shortcut for opening up a command prompt at that particular point in my folder structure?

If you have Windows Vista or later, right-click on the directory icon in Explorer while holding the Shift key, and then click on the "Open command window here" context menu option.
