Hi,
We upgraded a server from SBS 2003 to SBS 2011 and installed a new workstation for a client.  At the same time we upgraded him from Outlook 2003 on XP to Outlook 2010 and Windows/7.  As a stop gap we imported his assistant's NK2 file into his account while dealing with issues on his old workstation.

Ultimately we were able to retrieve his NK2 file from his old workstation and then deleted the NK2 file, removed his profile, deleted the Outlook directory under \appdata\local\microsoft\Outlook.  Then we recreated his Outlook profile and ran outlook /importnk2 using his own NK2.  When we started a new email the original autocomplete was there (his assistant’s).   We deleted the autocomplete file and ran the import again - no change.  Deleted the autocomplete file and brought up Outlook without autocomplete and had no change.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this problem?  Deleting the autocomplete, importing the proper NK2 and replacing the Profile made no difference.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Those contacts are in his suggested contacts.  Outlook 2010 got rid of the nk2 file and if you navigate to the contacts folder you will see the suggested contacts.  Remove them to get rid of the assistant's contacts then do the import of his NK2 file
