When I try to open exchange2010.domain\ecp I get error Page Cannot be displayed.

Hello,

When I try to open exchange2010.domain\ecp I get error Page Cannot be displayed.
I did setup the URLs for ECP virtual directly but still cant access it by going to that URL or through EMC>Toolbox

Please advice.
