Running IE10 on Windows 7 (64 bit).  Intermittently, when launched, IE10 goes into "la-la land" and on Windows TM I see that IE is "not responding".  Sometimes, I can get it to work if I just click on "open new tab" on the IE drop down menu in the Start Menu.  I am often running Google Chrome at the same time, and VirtualXP, but this does not seem to be related. I have had some limited success by launching CCCleaner and its registry cleaner, but nothing seems to be a permanent fix.  Could it be "IE Add-ons" that need to be cleared?
