Microsoft Chart

We ae using Visual Studio 2010, but our Framework looks like 2.0 (in Compile under Properties)

We want to try out the Microsoft Charting controls. When we try to add into Toolbox, it shows System.Windows.Forms.DataVisualisation, and is ticked, but doesn't show on the Toolbox.

Can anyone help please?

Don't you see the Chart control under the Data tab in the toolbox as shown in http://emoreau.com/Entries/Articles/2011/01/The-Chart-control-in-Visual-Studio-2010-and-2008-to-some-extents.aspx

No I don't. Is it because it's on Framework 2.0?

then you cannot use it because the Library has higher requirements.

to draw one yourself, check http://emoreau.com/Entries/Articles/2011/08/The-poor-man-charting-option.aspx
